Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What does the free trial include?
Your 14-day free trial includes full access to all features of your chosen plan. You can test the platform, import data, and explore all capabilities. No credit card is required to start.
Are there additional fees for support or integrations?
Email support is included in all plans. Priority phone support is available for Professional and Enterprise customers. Most common integrations are included. Custom integrations may incur additional fees on Enterprise plans.
How is billing handled?
We bill monthly in advance. Invoices are sent automatically to your registered email address. We accept all major payment methods and can arrange alternative billing arrangements for Enterprise customers.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 15 percent discount compared to monthly rates. Contact our sales team to discuss annual billing options for your plan.
