Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No, there are no setup fees, hidden costs, or surprise charges. The monthly subscription price includes everything: platform access, customer support, regular updates, and all core features listed in your chosen plan.
Can I change my plan as my business grows?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis for the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA direct debit for European customers, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, customers who choose annual billing receive a 15% discount on their subscription. This option is available for all plans and can be selected during signup or changed later in your account settings.
What happens if I exceed my booking limit on the Starter plan?
If you approach your 50 booking limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can either upgrade to Professional for unlimited bookings or purchase additional booking credits at £0.50 per booking. We'll never cut off your service mid-month.
